Returns & Exchanges
Due to our products being made to order, regrettably we can only except returns or exchanges if the item is faulty or damaged.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with within 10 days of delivery and we'll be happy to give you a like for like exchange or a full refund of the item value minus shipping costs.
The item will have to be returned at the customer's expense.

Step by Step Procedure
Below we have outlined the steps required in order to return a faulty or damaged item.
- Customer receives faulty or damaged item
- Customer contacts us via email or contact form within 10 days of receiving
- Email to include picture of damage/fault, information and order number
- 1892attire will confirm return address & begin return process
- Customer to ship item back to 1892attire at own expense
- Once item received, 1892attire will either provide an exchange or refund
- If a refund is applicable - the item value minus shipping costs will be refunded back to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to process
